You can request a refund for your subscription if you have any technical issues, are impacted by a recent job change, or find that this product is not for you.
Please email ahoy@socialcipher.com with your refund request within 14 days of your purchase or automatic renewal. We will refund any purchases that have little to no play activity in the current billing cycle.
If we approve your refund request, you will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
