Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing our support team at ahoy@socialcipher.com. Please make sure to provide the email you used to create your account.
For cancelling custom plans and purchase orders, please contact your account manager.
If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, you will have access to the game and all resources until the end of the current billing cycle unless you are issued a refund. If you are issued a refund, your account will be downgraded to a free plan immediately.
Refund Policy
You can request a refund for your subscription if you have any technical issues, are impacted by a recent job change, or find that this product is not for you.
Please email ahoy@socialcipher.com with your refund request within 14 days of your purchase or automatic renewal. We will refund any purchases that have little to no play activity (<30 min) in the current billing cycle.
If we approve your refund request, you will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
